Returns

I carefully measure and describe each piece, but please keep in mind that everything is handmade. Each item is crafted in small batches, which means slight variations in size, shape, and glaze can naturally occur.

Your order will be wrapped with great care to ensure it arrives safely. If something is damaged in transit or if you are not happy with a piece, please document it and get in touch at: phine.ceramics@gmail.com

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order (based on the carrier’s delivery date). Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returning an undamaged item are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that fragile items are packed securely — refunds cannot be issued for pieces that arrive chipped, broken, or otherwise damaged.
