Shipping & Local Pickup
All parcels are shipped with DHL (Germany) and include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order has shipped.
If you are based in Hamburg, Germany and want to come by you can simply select “Local pick-up” at the checkout and you will receive an email to arrange a time slot for pick-up.

Processing & Shipping
Each order is carefully packed and prepared for shipping within 2–4 business days. Once ready, your package will be handed over to DHL for delivery.

Delivery times are based on DHL Germany’s standard estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, busy seasons (such as holidays), or weather conditions.

Customs, Taxes & Fees
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order for more information about potential additional charges.

Liability for Transport Damage
If one or more items are damaged during transit, we will cover the damage provided you can present confirmation from the shipping carrier. Please note that we cannot accept liability for any damage that occurs after the package has been opened.

Delivery Attempts & Parcel Pickup
If personal delivery is not possible, DHL may:
• attempt a second delivery, or
• leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a nearby DHL pickup point.

Parcels can be collected within 7 business days. If they are not collected in time, they will be returned to us and additional costs may apply.
